Dispatch

If possible, ordered products will be made available within 48 hours after receipt of payment, provided that the workload for the fulfillment of the service is within this time frame and the length of the queue allows it.
We ship our products solely on the basis of the above terms of sale and payment.
Updates for any products are generally available free of charge within the scope of the service, unless the administrator deems it necessary for technical or other specific reasons to charge an additional amount due to the time allowance.

Warranty

You only pay for the term you want. No further obligations, no hidden costs!
The term comes into effect as soon as a payment has been made and the service has been made available. There is no entitlement to (full) warranty and guarantee.

However, we warrant, within the bounds of the law, that the products are free from defects (file damage) that may invalidate or diminish the suitability for ordinary use.
All claims for damages of the customer, irrespective of the legal reason they have arisen, in particular also claims for consequential damages, are excluded.

General Refund Policy

By purchasing our software you hereby agree that our products are non-refundable as you will receive a digital license.

Retention of title, severability clause

The products delivered by us remain our property until complete payment of all claims arising from the business relationship with the customer.
In the event of a leaking or sharing of a product, we are entitled to suspend all products and other activities of the customer without warning, indefinite.

If a member of the validity of the new terms and conditions does not contradict within two weeks after receipt of the e-mail, the changed terms and conditions shall be deemed accepted.
smartaim.cc will inform the members in the e-mail containing the changed conditions of the importance of this two-week period separately.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is ineffective, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. The ineffective provision shall be deemed replaced by one which comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision in a legally effective manner. The same applies to possible regulation gaps.
